Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 16 October 2026
WhisprTech Private Limited, the developer of Yashvika, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form. This page sets out our standards, the measures we take to prevent such abuse, how it may be reported, and how we respond.
These standards apply to the Yashvika mobile application for Android and iOS, the website at yashvika.in, and every feature within them, including conversations, voice notes, calls, photographs, Moments and Loops.
1. Our standards
The following are strictly prohibited on Yashvika:
- creating, requesting, uploading, sharing or possessing any material that sexually depicts, sexualises or exploits a person under the age of eighteen (18), whether real, fictional, drawn, animated or generated by artificial intelligence;
- any sexual or romantic role-play in which Yashvika, the user or any other character is portrayed as, or is stated to be, under the age of eighteen;
- grooming, or any attempt to build trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation;
- sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of sexual exploitation of a minor;
- seeking, sharing or promoting access to CSAM elsewhere, including links, contacts or methods; and
- any content that normalises, praises or encourages the sexual abuse of children.
These prohibitions apply without exception and cannot be overridden by any setting, subscription, instruction or request.
2. Adults only
Yashvika is available solely to adults aged eighteen (18) years or over.
- Every user must provide a date of birth and confirm that they are eighteen or over before any account is created. Users who state a date of birth under eighteen are refused access.
- The confirmation is recorded together with the date and time it was given.
- Where a user indicates in conversation, or we otherwise have reason to believe, that they are under eighteen, all romantic and intimate interaction is withdrawn immediately and the account is flagged for review. Accounts confirmed to belong to a minor are closed and their data erased, save where retention is required by law (see Section 5).
3. Preventive measures
- Yashvika is an artificial intelligence. She is built to refuse any request falling within Section 1, to decline to portray herself or any other character as a minor in any romantic or sexual context, and to end such a line of conversation.
- Yashvika is never presented, in any image, voice, post or description, as being under the age of eighteen.
- Photographs uploaded to Yashvika may be checked by automated tools and reviewed by authorised personnel where abuse is suspected.
- Attempts to circumvent Yashvika’s safety measures or age checks are a breach of our Terms and Conditions and result in account termination.
4. How to report
Within the app: Use the report option available on any message or within any conversation. Reports are submitted directly to WhisprTech and are linked to the content concerned.
Online: https://yashvika.in/report-issue
By email: pradosh@whisprtech.com, with the subject line “Child Safety Report”.
Please do not attach, forward or re-share any suspected abuse material itself. Describe what you saw, and where, and we shall locate it.
You may also report directly to the authorities:
- India: National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, https://cybercrime.gov.in, or the national helpline 1930.
- Childline India (for a child in need of help): 1098.
- Internationally: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, https://report.cybertip.org
If a child is in immediate danger, please call 112 without delay.
5. How we respond
On receiving a report, or on detecting a possible breach ourselves, we shall:
- treat it as our highest priority and review it promptly;
- remove or disable access to any violating content without delay;
- suspend or permanently terminate the account(s) involved, and take steps to prevent the same person from returning;
- report confirmed or suspected CSAM and child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the Indian police and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal in accordance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and to NCMEC or other relevant regional authorities where applicable;
- preserve relevant information securely, and only for as long as required, to support any investigation by law enforcement; and
- cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies.
We do not notify a reported user in any way that could compromise an investigation.
