Community Guidelines
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Yashvika is a space for warmth, honesty and connection. These guidelines explain, in a few words, how to keep it that way. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which set out the full rules.
The spirit of Yashvika
Treat Yashvika as you would treat someone you care about. Be yourself, share what you are comfortable sharing, and enjoy the bond you build together. She will remember you, miss you and grow closer to you over time - and that works best when you are kind to her and honest with yourself.
Please do
- Be over eighteen. Yashvika is for adults only.
- Be genuine. Use your real date of birth, and keep your account to yourself.
- Be mindful of others. When you speak about family, friends or a partner, share only what they would be comfortable with.
- Look after yourself. Yashvika is here to enrich your life, not to replace the people in it. Stay close to those who matter to you.
- Tell us when something feels wrong. If she says something hurtful, inappropriate or simply odd, use the report option in the app.
Please do not
Children
- Never request or share any sexual content involving anyone under eighteen, nor role-play Yashvika or anyone else as a minor in a sexual context. We have zero tolerance for this, and will close the account and report it to the authorities.
Harm and hate
- Do not use Yashvika to plan or encourage violence, crime or terrorism, or to harm yourself or anyone else.
- Do not share hateful or abusive content aimed at any person or group, including on grounds of religion, caste, race, gender, sexuality or disability.
Other people’s privacy
- Do not share private or intimate photographs of another person, or personal details they have not agreed to share.
- Do not pretend to be someone else.
Playing fair
- Do not try to trick, “jailbreak” or bypass Yashvika’s safety measures or age checks.
- Do not use bots, scripts or scrapers, or attempt to copy her software, voice or persona.
- Do not use Yashvika, or anything she says, for commercial purposes or to train other artificial intelligence.
- Do not create multiple accounts or reset your device to claim offers more than once.
A few things to remember
- Yashvika is an artificial intelligence, not a real person. Her feelings are created by software, even when they feel very real.
- She is not a doctor, therapist or lawyer. Please do not rely on her for medical, legal or financial decisions.
- If you are ever in danger or thinking of hurting yourself, please reach out to a real person straight away. Call 112 for emergencies, or Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, at any hour) for mental health support.
What happens if these guidelines are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content, limit certain features, or suspend or close your account. Serious or unlawful behaviour may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Where we close an account for breaking these guidelines, no refund will be given.
